A Held Heroine’s Journey

The Container is a held, 8-month journey for women who feel called to go deeper and meet their medicine within. Through preparation, ceremony, and integration, this somatic and soul-led process supports women in cultivating inner resourcing, self-trust, and the capacity to walk themselves through inner alchemical transformation and change.

Rooted in trauma-informed care and depth-oriented practice, The Container offers a steady relational field within which women can cross meaningful inner thresholds with trust, presence and agency. Within this container, we tend the conditions that make depth possible: safety, consent, continuity, and relational presence. Through guided practices, group process, and ritual thresholds, participants are invited into a living relationship with their inner healer, their body’s intelligence, and their own sovereign knowing.

April-November, 2026

Monday, April 13 – November 30, 2026

LIVE Sessions: Select Mondays, 7–9 PM MST (6–8 PM PST), online.

In-Person Group Medicine Retreat: August 6–9, 2026, at a private retreat centre just 15 minutes west of Edmonton, AB.

Registration: An intake and consultation call is required upon registration to ensure the container is a good fit.

Capacity: Only 12 spaces are available to maintain an intimate, deeply held group experience.

What to Expect

Preparation

This journey begins long before the retreat. Preparation is a slow and intentional process that supports safety, trust, and inner resourcing.

Ceremony

Ceremony is held as a threshold, not a destination. During the in-person retreat, preparation meets direct experience within a carefully supported and contained space.

Integration

In the months following ceremony, you are supported in digesting your experience and weaving insight into daily life, relationships, and the nervous system.

March 2027: Final Integration Call

This container relies on continuity and shared presence. Participants are therefore asked to prioritize attendance at live sessions. If you expect to be away or unavailable for any dates, please contact your facilitators ahead of time to discuss.

We are calling in women who…

⋒ Feel called to deeper inner work that honours both psyche and nervous system

⋒ Desire a slow, relational, well-held approach to ceremony and integration

⋒ Are ready to engage with somatic practices, reflection, and embodied inquiry

⋒ Want support without dependency, and sovereignty without isolation

⋒ Value preparation and integration as much as the ceremony itself

You do not need prior experience with retreats, medicine work, or somatic practices. You only need a willingness to listen inward and move at your own pace.

Meet Your Guides

Zana Wensel

Meet Zana (she/they)

I am a queer, Integrative Somatic Therapist, multidisciplinary artist & Soul Guide. Following my body’s lead, my personal journey through post-traumatic growth, healing & transformation has spanned over 12 years. Through this process I have cultivated deep reverence, unending curiosity, love and gratitude for the body’s inherent wisdom, and the ways in which Soul invites us to embody, so we may become more present and fully alive in life and to our medicine within.

Through sacred rest, creativity, eco-somatics, and ceremony, I am honored to follow a path of heart service and to offer these integrative, healing supports at this time in space. It is my deepest prayer that this work supports personal and collective return to Remembrance, that is, into sacred connection with ourselves, one another, and with Mother Earth.

Meet Jennilee (she/her)

Jennilee Barazzuol is a meditation, breathwork, and somatic educator and retreat leader who weaves trauma-informed practices with embodied wisdom to guide people home to themselves. With a background in Conscious Connected Breathwork, meditation, nervous system education, and somatic inquiry, Jennilee creates spaces that feel deeply safe, attuned, and transformative.

Her work is rooted in presence, relational integrity, and the belief that the body holds its own truth and healing. Through gentle, accessible practices, she helps individuals meet their inner landscape with curiosity, compassion, and courage. Jennilee is the founder of WelcomeOm Studio and leads workshops, trainings, and retreats that support folks in reconnecting with their power, purpose, and authentic expression.

Together, we bring over a decade of experience working in the medicine space, woven from more than 30 years of combined lived experience. These experiences continue to shape the paths we walk today and how we guide, listen, and hold space for this work. It is our deepest intention to create a grounded and supportive container where transformation and alchemy can unfold. In doing so, we walk alongside you with care and presence, honoring your innate capacity for healing as you meet your medicine within. Throughout this process, we remain committed to our own ongoing work as practitioners, as we too, meet the medicine with humility, integrity, and respect.

  • A strong container is not rushed into being; it is shaped slowly by attention, care, and the willingness to remain present with what arises.

  • "Healing is not about becoming who you are not. It is about remembering who you are."

  • Depth requires a place to land—somewhere the soul is not hurried, fixed, or improved, but accompanied.
